National Championship 2010 - visa help
We know that some of you need a visa to visit Bulgaria. We checked with local authorities the conditions to get a group visa and the procedure is:
1. we need a list of the pilots who need a visa - every pilot must provide full name from his/her international passport and the number of the passport
2. we need address to send the official invitation letter for sporting event (we also send the same letter to the Bulgarian consulate/embassy in your country)
3. holding the invitation letter and all the passports ONLY ONE PERSON can go to the Bulgarian consulate/embassy to apply for visas for all the pilots
4. when all the pilots get their passports with the visas they can enter in Bulgaria individually in any time within the visa validity period
