Българската лига по парапланеризъм има за цел да определи и класира състезателите в една единна класация за целия състезателен сезон. Правилата за съставянето на класацията в дсициплина "крос кънтри" са:

В Лигата влизат всички състезания през годината организирани от български клуб.
Всеки състезател участвал в такова състезание автоматично участва и в Лигата.
Точките за Лигата на всеки участник се изчисляват като сума от точките от всички задачи на които състезателя е участвал.
На всеки състезател отпадат най-лошите няколко задачи по следното правило:
за 2007-ма година отпада 1 от всеки 3 задачи от Лигата.
за 2008-ма година и следващи години отпада 1 от всеки 2 задачи от Лигата.

Пример: През годината е имало 3 състезания с по 3 валидни задачи - това означава че в Лигата има общо 9 задачи. По правилото за отпадане на 1 от всеки 2 означава че от 9 задачи отпадат 4. За Лигата се сумират най-добрите 5 задачи на всеки състезател. Ако някой състезател няма възможност да отиде на едно от състезанията, но на другите две лети добре - при него ще отпадне само една от 6-те му задачи, но той пак има шанс за добро класиране като цяло.

От тук можете да си изтеглите таблицата (Microsoft Excel) която е използвана за калкулиране на резултатите.

Това което е написано по горе е състоянието в момента.
На последното събрание решихме да не влизат всички състезания а само 3-4 на година.
Остана да определим ясни критерии за селекция на тези състезания.
Така, че давайте предложения!
Аз предлагам за да може състезанието да е в лигата едно от условията да е същият клуб да е организирал успешно състезание в последните 3 години. Дефиницията на успешно можем да дефинираме по късно, но мoже да е от рода на
1. да е имало над 40 състезателя
2. да е имало поне 2 таска-а
3. да не е имало протести и явни потъпквания на правилата на ФАИ, БНАК и тн
4. за нашите условия може би е хубаво да има и проверка за обещано - получено (пример: ако е казано че има транспорт, такъв да има, ако е казано че има награден фонд, такъв да бъде раздаден веднага след края на церемонията по закриване и тн)
Тези параметри може да ги направим като задължителна информация която всеки организатор трябва да даде преди да му се включи състезанието в календара.
5. да има обективно класиране, без неясни манипулации и да има достъп до трак-логовете на състезателите за да могат самите пилоти да се контролират.
сигурно има и още, надявам се всички да се включат!!

Да, наистина решихме да са 3

Да, наистина решихме да са 3 или 4 за година, но след като обсъдихме и гласувахме да се използват само 5-те най-добри задачи за определяне на Национален Отбор - това ограничение някак си си губи смисъла. Според мен може да няма ограничение за броя защото ако има такова ограничение ще ни е много трудно да определим кои точно състезания да отпаднат и ще отнесем много псувни след като определим! За критериите съм съгласен с тези които си написал плюс следните:
6. таск комитета да е бил избран демократично с гласуване от пилотите след записването на всички (повечето), но преди първата задача
7. организатора да приеме параметрите на GAP системата за точкуване
8. организатора накрая да предостави базата данни

Може да не ограничаваме броя на състезанията с конкретна цифра, а да направим минимални критерии на които състезанията да отговарят, всеки покрил тези критерии получава правото да организира състезание включено в лигата.

Състезания от Лигата

Нещата които Гошко иска ще изключат автоматично повечето състезания-Шуменското имаше протест, много от състезанията бяха под 40 пилота, на Руския шампионат 2009 имаше и протест, които беше и уважен...така че ако искаме да има някакви състезания мисля че поне за сега не трябва да вдигаме толкова летвата. Ето вече Лигата приключи за 2009 и виждаме че предложените правила са неприложими за сега. Предлагам например Драмското състезание да влезе в Лигата-силно е, има поне 40 Български пилота, няма протести, за жалост нямаше и таскове тази година, но това се случва рядко. Проблема е че малко пилоти участват на нашите състезания и ние трябва да започнеме да мислим как да стимулираме пилотите ни да участват по активно-Награден фонд, малки награди след всеки Таск, по-малко причини да се подават протести ако трябва девойки (ха-ха) и т.н.

Recently, a United States District judged ruled that New York City would have to revamp the hiring practices within its fire department that discriminated against Black applicants and the ruling opened the door for the payment of damages to applicants who had been victimized by the discrimination. There is always the hope that the winds of change will bring a much needed spirit of diversity into the FDNY and advocacy efforts by organizations such as the Vulcan Society has contributed to that change. This outlook in no way minimizes the loss of all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice on that day. Firefighters provide a valuable service to the community and many of their feats go unrecognized by the general public. By recognizing the contributions and sacrifices of all firefighters, it provides another dimension to the spirit that America exhibits as the ?land of the free and home of the brave.?
